Homemade Pasta Primavera, Sorrento Style
Springtime is so beautiful and inspiring, living in the hills of Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Coast –ย with all of the wildflowers springing up everywhere, the fragrant green grass, warm sunshine, and colorful ย gardens that brim with all sorts of delicious fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs.

Because nature bestows each season with special gifts of its own, I take great pleasure in enjoying the present moment and preparing meals that bring our table to life with the seasonal flavors, colours, and culinary traditions of the local area.

So when I recently had the honor of spending a beautiful spring day in the kitchen at Ristorante L’Antica Trattoriaย with Antonio Spasiano, a celebrated chefย of Sorrento, I was beyond thrilled. Born and raised in Sorrento, Antonio is known for taking pride in the scrumptious dishes he crafts, which are skillfully and meticulously put together utilizing the celebrated peak season ingredients and local specialty products of his native land.
